Re: New member from Romania

Thank you for the offer - it's definitely on my list. I hope you don't mind the selfish plug but I noticed that you're carrying that box on top of your bike and the SE subframe is a known weakness. Fantastic - looks like beautiful riding, it's on my list as well.

The great amazing incredible unbelievable SE gathering and boobies

Now that I've got your attention, there are a few SEs about in the UK - anyone fancy a get together sometime before Xmas this year? Not just a "hey lets go have a pint of Black and Tan while watching football at my favourite chain pub" - just a decent casual weekend in the wild with one night campin...

Re: top yoke/steering damper options

Multidoc uses that one as well - I've heard very good things but there are a few options: 1- this MSC rallyemoto option which cleverly avoids having to change out the top yoke 2- the EMIG top and bottom yokes with their damper (bottom yoke not required but it is beautiful) 3- BRP / Scotts top yoke t...

Re: better brake or twin discs

For OEM dual discs on an SE, you would need the following: 1- Adventure brake master (larger bore for the dual calipers) 2- Adventure front hub (or complete wheel but the rim is a different brand and wider by a bit) 3- you don't actually need complete forks but you would need: - lower fork caps for ...

Re: better brake or twin discs

The SE front brake is rubbish on tarmac - no arguement but the extent to which it sucks ass is somewhat dependent on tyre choice as well.
