It can be altered but it’s at the general height I’ve seen on every SE which says to me it hasn’t been lowered. Yes, you can crank the ring down but all that will do is add preload to the spring. That preload won’t taise the bike but lol the spring so the bike sits highernonce you’re on it. That may seem like a good idea but you won’t like how the bike feels at all.

So if you want to raise the bike height, the best way to do this is with the fork parts required to bring the front to 275mm from 250 and in the rear, use a modified 990adv shock that can be made to go to 277mm from the stock 255mm on your SE

Thanks, was hoping there would be an easy solution. So if it appears the stock spring looks OK I wonder why the seat height sits at 35.5"? And not 38"

Not a big drama, seems to ride OK. Just always thought it seemed a bit low.
