Mounting equipment on Raid designs fairing / with a safari t

Post by Beer » Thu Aug 13, 2015 8:02 pm

ey up,

anyone got the raid designs sweden fairing on their SE and a Safari tank...

did you have grief mounting a Ralle-moto steering damper - mine is a very tight fit - got it on now but it took two of us and some head scatching to fit it...

also if you have the above fairing and use a Garmin 660 and touratech lockable mount can this be mounted off the bars securly just fitted mine to the bars (but it parly covers the steering damper so really wanted it on one of the mounts in the fairing but couldn't see how to lock it in with the Touratech lockable mount

more hours in the garage ahead head scratching i think....

Not an expert, but I'd subject you send an email to Aurora Rally that I have told him about a while back and ask them for make you a plate that will suit your setup. I'm pretty sure they will do it, let me know if you need me to help with contact etc
