I have done a bit of motocross riding and as passenger, being the passenger is hard work!
I also did some road racing as the rider but at 18 stone not cut out for it I also had problems with my right knee at the time and after kneeling for a few minutes my foot went numb, for those who do not know you kneel down in a road race sidecar and change gear with your right foot so after a few laps I could not change gear so had to give up on it.

ZXR750 outfit when i use to swing
1992 SE of South Australia Masters of mac Park , Mt Gambier , Australia
we were 2nd australian champions & 1st south australian champions 92-94
