My new ride

Post by Bat304x » Sat Feb 07, 2015 10:14 am

bought this last year from near Birmingham. only covered 400 miles last year  spent more time working on it than riding it .. its had a service, had the needles lifted in the carb & carbs tuned, removed sas & epc, lowered front & back 20mm, Ralle moto steering damper, rev counter & gear indicator

I bought it without riding it, I bought it based on the sound and looks....The previous owner Nigel described it on the phone as one of the cleanest in the country as he had never been off road and when I got there I wasn't disappointed it was in showroom condition. with very low mileage, excel rims, leo vince cans and some touratech goodies it sure was worth the drive :P

Looks great. How many miles on that bike in total?

You'll love the track day on those wheels :D

Cheers ;)

Bike was lowered by loosening off the fork clamps and sliding the fork legs up inside the triple clamps. (Checked by vernier caliper)

The rear was altered by turning the 2x locking rings on the rear shock. ( pick a fixed point and measure to the floor, alter & re-measure)

Both front and back were lowered by 20mm as I am only 5 foot 10.
